Galvalume Plus steel panels carry a 50-year manufacturer warranty against corrosion and panel failure under normal atmospheric conditions.
Factory-applied Kynar 500 PVDF coating carries a 40-year warranty against significant fading, chalking, and peeling.
All Toro manufactured components are covered by a 1-year workmanship warranty against manufacturing defects.
WHAT IS GALVALUME PLUS STEEL?
Galvalume Plus is a steel substrate coated with an aluminum-zinc alloy (55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, 1.6% silicon). This coating provides exceptional corrosion resistance — significantly outperforming traditional galvanized steel in most environments. The aluminum component provides sacrificial protection at cut edges, while the zinc component provides cathodic protection to scratches and abrasions.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
- ✗ Damage from improper installation or modification
- ✗ Damage from natural disasters, acts of God, or abnormal weather events
- ✗ Corrosion in highly corrosive industrial or marine environments (within 300m of salt water)
- ✗ Normal surface oxidation or discoloration that does not affect panel integrity
- ✗ Damage from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines
